Shipping- USA orders
For USA orders UPS ground shipping is free!
Orders placed with Ben Minkoff ship by UPS with a signature required for delivery. You should generally allow up to 2 business days (Monday- Friday, excluding holidays) for processing before your order will ship. If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact Customer Care at (212) 677-7829 with your request.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.
Shipping- International orders
International orders over $300 will now be eligible for free Worldwide Express shipping!
Please note: international customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery. Customs fees are non-refundable. Please contact orders@benminkoff.com with any questions or concerns prior to paying customs fees.
Delays & Cancellations
If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled - due to stock, payment or otherwise - we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify Ben Minkoff Customer Care at 212.677.7829 or email orders@benminkoff.com as early as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We now offer free returns and exchanges for USA orders!
Please note: we only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased at full price. In order to receive a refund the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the exact condition in which it was shipped.
- Click here to submit a return/exchange request. You will receive a reply within 2 business days.
- If approved, you will receive an email with a pre-paid UPS return label and a Return/Exchange Authorization form. Print both. Attach the UPS label to the outside of your return package and enclosed the Return Authorization form inside.
- Drop off your package at a UPS location, or hand it off to a UPS driver. For locations visit UPS.com
- You will receive an email from a Ben Minkoff customer care liaison confirming that your return is received and your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow 2 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund or exchange to be processed. For returns, please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Sales Tax
All items shipped to addresses in New York State and California will be charged sales tax.
Repairs
Ben Minkoff stands behind its merchandise with a two year warranty on products purchased from an Authorized Full-Price Retailer. We are more than happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting from company acknowledged/approved manufacturing defects within this two year period. Repair inquiries should be directed to our Customer Care Liaison. Typical turn-around time for repairs is 14 to 30 business days.

International Repairs
If you are located outside the US, please contact orders@benminkoff.com.Any issues with merchandise currently located outside the US will require case-by-case consideration to determine the best way for us assist you.
Off-price purchases
If your item was purchased through an off-price retailer (Gilt, eBay, etc.) or at a sample sale, please contact orders@benminkoff.com.
Any issues with merchandise not purchased through BenMinkoff.com or an Authorized Full-Price Retailer is considered for repair service on a case-by-case basis. Any issues with merchandise purchase through an off-price retailer or sample sale will require case-by-case consideration to determine the best way for us assist you.
